We carry a wide selection of folk music — CDs, tapes, instructional videos and music books for many instruments, including the full line of Mel Bay Books (some include CDs or cassettes). As we travel to festivals around the country, we are always looking for new artists and new music, so you will find something special here at any time throughout the year.

Right now we are featuring carols and music for the Christmas season. We have a number of new holiday CDS and many old favorites for you, including Christmas music from around the world.

In addition to Christmas music from around the world, you'll find new and timeless CDs from classic folk artists as well as newcomers to the folk scene. Our large collection ranges from Appalachian to Celtic, with many stops along the musical journey. And, as you might guess, we have lots and lots of CDs featuring both mountain and hammered dulcimer by a wide variety of artists. In fact, there is always a favorite CD playing in the shop — it might become a new favorite of yours, too.

Among the many artists you will find on our shelves are old friends like Sam Rizzetta, Linda Thomas and Maggie Sansone plus many newer individuals and groups you may not yet know. But all are destined to become favorites!
